WHAT IS QHHT?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)® is a hypnosis method originally developed by Dolores Cannon. It is designed to guide clients into a deep state of relaxation known as the somnambulistic state, where they can access the subconscious mind for insight, self discovery, and personal growth.

My path began with my own profound journey of personal transformation, where I experienced first hand the power of deep inner healing. I discovered that true alignment requires nurturing of the mind, body, and spirit as one. Now as a Reiki Master, hypnotist, and massage therapist, I use the very modalities that transformed my life to create a safe space for others.
Weaving together energy work, subconscious reprogramming, and therapeutic touch, I aim to help you release heavy blocks and reconnect with your higher self. I believe that everyone holds the power to heal, and I’m simply here to help you remember the way.
