Cancellation Policy

QHHT® sessions are available for scheduling Tuesday and Saturday, beginning at 10:00 am and ending at approximately 3:00 pm. Please understand that no others will be allowed in the room during your session, though you are free to share the recording with whomever you wish, afterwards. To finalize the booking process, the card you used to book with will be charged 50% ($153.00) of the total cost of the session ($306.00) and will serve as an initial security deposit to ensure your scheduled spot. After your session, the remaining $153.00 will be charged to the card on file. RESCHEDULING: Should you need to reschedule an existing appointment, your $153.00 USD security deposit can be transferred one (1) time, provided you have given at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. Your rescheduled appointment date must be within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to reschedule in time or canceling without rescheduling will result in a loss of the $153.00 deposit. Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the FULL $306.00 USD. ARRIVAL: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session time to allow time to settle in and complete the client consent & intake paperwork. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes AFTER their scheduled session start time may be considered a missed session and may be canceled or rescheduled at the practitioner's discretion. This said, I understand that circumstances change. If you find yourself running a few minutes late, please reach out via text/phone so that I do not cancel your session. If the session cannot be completed due to late arrival, and there is no communication regarding your expected arrival time, you will be responsible for the FULL session fee ($306.00).
